At Fresh Ideas Kris has directed and implemented the company's brand, sales strategies and innovation ideas resulting in significant growth and increased customer retention/satisfaction. Her vision for business, dining services, students and client relations increases value to clients and the Fresh Ideas team.During her career in higher education, Kris has been fortunate to hold positions which have allowed her to develop strong relationships with constituents, leadership teams and campus partners. With more than 25 years of success in leadership roles in institutional advancement and dining services, she has formulated creative and sustainable strategies that increased alumni and donor engagement, improved marketing and communication, supported multimillion-dollar campaigns and increased the effectiveness of annual giving programs. She has spent her life being involved in the community through leadership and service. She served as the first female President of the Fulton Rotary Club and as the District Secretary and Conference Chair for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District VI. Kris organized a 100-yard sub sandwich fundraiser for the Central Missouri Food Bank, and have chaired membership drives for the Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys being active in the community, meeting new people, building relationships and making a difference in the world.
