I am skilled at staying on mission, operating within the organizational goals and values, and establishing policies and procedures to support an honourable and sustainable organization.Daily, I utilize the skills and knowledge that I have gained from 30+ years of progressive leadership, human resources and organizational development experiences within parks and recreation, health care, corporate, private and non-for-profit organizations and businesses. While I have supported and directed many types of business models, my heart and passion align mostly with non-for-profit services.I have had the privilege of being involved in the creation of organizational development and stability for new start-up's to well establishing companies. Always resulting in opportunity, growth and fulfillment, not only for the services offered, but also for the stakeholders involved. I support all to ensure that information and skills are acquired in order to perform and deliver at the highest potential.
