I have worked in sales for the past 10 years mostly with families looking to better their situation with regards to their personal and professional insurance policies. If you speak with a vast majority in the insurance business you will typically hear one of two things: "I'm here to save you money" or "I'm here because I can give you more protection for your dollar", usually something along those lines. What I've found through my experience is that with a low barrier to entry, increased competition, and saturated markets, there is an extreme amount of mis-information, lack of information, and process breakdown with a large number of licensed sales agents. Although this aspect of the business didn't originally attract me, it did allow me to carve a niche for myself through my journey.Whether its a new home buyer that had to choose a home insurance policy quickly in order meet the requirements to close on a home with their lender or someone that recently went through a horrible claim process, its my passion to help guide those individuals and families, along with everyone else in other situations, through a process that helps make that huge financial decision easier and more transparent.It's not an easy task for anyone to take a complicated product like an insurance policy whether home, auto, life, or professional and simplify them in way that's understandable and clear to the masses of consumers who use these products.
