Support of 11 Best Buy stores in Minnesota. I work with store teams to advance merchandising, inventory and operational strategies. In addition, this role is about providing support to assist store teams in executing the plan and innovating to grow the business. To grow the business, I partner closely with the corporate office to influence change and encourage new direction. Along with all of this, it is my role to develop talent by encouraging, coaching, developing and assisting those I have the pleasure to work with.

This position allows me to support multiple stores, covering Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa. My customers in this position include store management, district support members and my peers. I support our stores business plans to grow profits while protecting our assets, data and while keeping the environment safe for our employees and customers. I work upstream to educate, coach and train to assist our store employees in executing plans to protect and grow our profits. I am also positioned to work through situations that are creating loss for us whether that loss is created by customers, employees or process breakdowns. I work with my peers to share experiences so that we are able to minimize our losses across the country as well as I am able to learn from them to apply those lessons in my own market. Support of retail operations for Inventory, Loss Prevention, Safety, Merchandising and Media disciplines for Best Buy US. A position designed to lead a department and develop direction and solutions to refine the level of service and expand the level of support. This position directly manages a team designed to engage and support Best Buy US retail locations in day-to-day operations. As a partner to project teams, this position served as a subject matter expert to support the build and implementation of work streams designed to change and improve the business.

Support and management of the loss prevention and inventory disciplines by leading the regions District Loss Prevention Managers producing results that met or fell below budget projections and goals. To develop inventory, loss prevention and safety programs while managing the execution of these programs that would result in stores, districts, regions and the company in meeting or surpassing budget expectations.
