I have no hesitation in recommending Kris - in the 12 months he was in my team he put structure around himself and our offshore team, he developed new ways of working and then worked with the offshore team to embed these. During this time he continued to develop his own skills and knowledge. When any issues occurred, no matter how late or early, Kris was first on the line to assist with resolution - he was always available, always cheerful and did not stop until we had resolution. He took feedback and evolved as necessary.
