In my role as a key tester for a financial information management system, I perform comprehensive manual testing, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. I also conduct UX/UI and accessibility testing in accordance with WCAG standards, focusing on enhancing user experience through efficient bug identification and detailed reporting. By directly interacting with customers, I provide support and document their requirements to ensure alignment with their needs. Collaboration within a distributed team is structured under the SAFe methodology, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
