Provided strategic direction for the Alumni Engagement Office, while implementing a comprehensive menu or programs and services to meet the needs of Fort Lewis College alumni and students. I provided engagement opportunities connecting alumni and students while focusing on career and professional development opportunities for alumni.

Charged with leading acknowledgement, recognition, and on-going communications and cultivation of past and current donors to enhance their relationship with the college. I created, planned, implemented the Young Alumni Board, and annually coordinate and managed a peer giving campaign by managing 20 student volunteers, increasing the percent giving by senior students. I coordinated alumni outreach activities, such as the annual gala, donor luncheons, fundraising events, tailgates, and supported associated fundraising efforts.

Advised over 650 prospective and current business students on a semester by semester basis to evaluate and monitor progress toward degree completion. I provided information and advice to a diverse population of undergraduate students regarding academic programs offered through business, including requirements for admission and retention through graduation, along with educating students about the various academic policies and procedures.

I coordinated and executed the first University Union’s fundraiser dinner that raised over $20,000 to benefit student scholarships, and developed successful partnerships with campus departments and surrounding businesses for funding of local student publications.

I provided comprehensive direction, advising and guidance as student leaders planned projects and events. I coordinated and executed the planning of special events with student leaders, including late night programming and other special events, and connected with community venders to provide services during special events.
