Build workflows and work on projects to improve Revenue Cycle process and provide system enhancements. Write and train on Policies and Procedures. Manage website used to communicate with all Revenue Cycle staff. Provide analysis for management to support initiatives.

Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle teams to write new standardized Policies and Procedures as well as maintain and revise previously published Procedures. Also assist with Revenue Cycle Transformation projects, data analysis, and Process Improvement.
