As a fellow, I focused on a capstone project regarding sustainability in Omaha, including an in-depth explanation of the city's waste collection issues and areas involved in its waste water treatment. I also assisted the news director in covering a variety of stories of interest to the community by conducting interviews and writing and voicing scripts.
