I’ve worn many hats in my career including roles in project management, program management, team management, and operations. My passion lies in project and program management. Even more than piecing together a puzzle, I enjoy the challenge of discovering and establishing the details and dependencies that define each piece.Currently with Comcast Business, I'm leading a fast-paced nationwide ActiveCore rollout for a rapidly growing digital convenience retailer, which is steadily launching 25-50 sites per month from Q4-2019 with plans through 2020 and beyond. I'm responsible for working with a multitude of processes, tools and teams within Comcast to coordinate and track SD-WAN, Underlay (Ethernet Dedicated Internet, Business Class Internet, Off-Net Internet Access), Business Voice Edge, and Managed Wi-Fi. I interface directly with both internal and client key stake-holders, juggling both high level strategic planning as well as management of dynamic short term priorities.Previously with LightRiver Technologies, I managed the implementation of fiber optic network deployments and installation and turn-up, with a client focus in telecommunication and utilities providers. LightRiver designs, engineers, and commissions next-generation solutions for mission-critical clients. Recent projects include the Factory Built Network, proof of concept, training, installation and integration of a 400+ node nationwide long-haul network, as well as breaking ground with international project deployment and implementation.Until 2014, I led the department of provisioning at Ancero LLC, an IT Solution Provider that offers small to medium-sized companies a wide range of integration, managed services, VoIP, cloud services, and network solutions. I built and implemented tools and processes for quoting, contracting, ordering, project management, and lifecycle management of network services for partners including AT&T, AT&T Partner Exchange, and Comcast. I worked directly on high-impact customer projects. A highly successful example includes a 10 month conversion of 90+ US and Canadian MPLS circuits with VPN Tunneling backup solution.Colleagues will tell you that I am reliable and that I am an excellent communicator.
