The Director of Alumni Programs is an integral relationship manager that will lead building relationships and rapport with all Connecticut alumni deeply understand their needs and their current impact. This person will also spearhead specific programmatic initiatives that build alumni connection and are responsive to the desired change efforts happening across the state and at local levels. This could range from alumni milestone events such as alumni induction to state-wide programming focused on alumni educators, recruitment and placement, fellowships and/or a partnership with LEE.

Establish a maintenance and facilities plan.• Bring building up to code after several years of neglect.• Oversee the purchase and maintenance of technology equipment, implementation of technology training, and manage technology consultant relationships.• Serve as human resource function for the school including support of; recruitment, benefits enrollment and compliance with all employment and records management law.• In collaboration with the Business Administrator, ensure school-wide compliance with health and safety laws and federal and state workplace regulations.• Ensure school is in compliance with all federal and state financial reporting requirements, prepare and submit timely reports to all external agencies and funders.• Oversee and ensure compliance with school health and safety regulations, such as fire drills, lockdowns, and security planning.
