With over 11 years of experience in community engagement and summer camp management, I am passionate about creating meaningful and impactful experiences for children and families. As the former Community Engagement Director and Summer Camp Director at Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor, I led the planning and execution of various events and programs that supported the school's mission and vision. I also leveraged my graphic design skills and background to create appealing and effective marketing materials and engaging content for the school and the camp. Some of my achievements include coming in under budget 100% of the time, increasing camp enrollment and retention, and launching a successful in-person, socially distanced camp as well as remote learning program for grades 4-12 during the pandemic. I have strong skills in fundraising, event planning, nonprofit organizations, and graphic design, and I am eager to apply them to new challenges and opportunities. I value collaboration, creativity, and diversity, and I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
