  -Execute 15+ men’s boutiques per week for the Gilt and Rue La La luxury sites with attention to detail, timelines and calendar changes to ensure perfection for the member at launch. -Coordinate production of PO’s with various methods (samples, bulk, vendor images and specs) against SLAs with cross-functional partners to ensure 200+ new styles are produced weekly. -Provide a detailed info sheet to creative team for assets on site with details on samples pulled for shoots, assortment callouts, and guidelines as to how each boutique should appear to the member. -Develop new team members through trainings to streamline the onboarding process and ensure everyone has the tools needed to be set up for success while also welcoming an environment of innovation.
