In this role, I have the opportunity to leverage my recruiting and project management skills and lead our national Internship Program. As a Campus Recruiter, I partner with senior leaders within Prudential to create and execute a strategy to hire top students for internships and full time programs. I oversee the Branding and Marketing campaigns on 10+ campuses.

In this role, I was able to facilitate the recruiting process from beginning to end ensuring a consistent and excellent candidate experience. I oversaw logistics for national campus recruiting efforts across 5+ business divisions and 15 campuses. I managed the onboarding of 200 interns and full time candidates annually.
