Lead Account Coordinator
Current• Quality control of deliverables - Responsible for quality control and final review of Growth Plan deliverables and holding team members accountable if deliverables are not up to RJ quality standards. • Troubleshoot website development and/or local SEO issues with the team. • Coordinate data collection and create reports for Account Managers to use with Clients. • Hold Ramblers accountable for on-time, on-budget, and quality work. • Lead team members to ensure ongoing deliverables are consistently met on time and on budget by interpreting meeting notes into tasks and maintaining meticulous organization of accounts. • Effective communicator between Ramblers through problem-solving. • Reports directly to the Account Managers and Executive Team to ensure that there is excellent communication between them and the other Ramblers.
