Through data analysis, this role supports and facilitates strategic plans to engage members in educational activities designed to improve health, quality outcomes, and member compliance with selected HEDIS and Quality measures.Builds relationships with Local Health Departments, FQHCs, School Health Centers, and State Agencies to create community events. Provides expert claims support by reviewing, researching, and investigating all types of preventive and clinical claims. Work as a liaison between the health care provider to ensure members receive appropriate care.Maintains records, reports, and statistics to close gaps in care. Provides superior customer service for incoming and outgoing telephone calls and creates call campaigns.

The Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator is dedicated to providing multi - faceted Outreach services, including supporting and facilitating a strategic plan to engage Members in educational activities designed to improve health, quality outcomes, and member compliance with selected HEDIS and Quality measures.Responsible for initial Triage of Members identified as needing a Preventive or Chronic Health service, Administrative Intake of Members, working with hospitals, Providers' offices, and the Plan Clinical team.
