Responsible for rolling out and scaling a new revenue stream for MBUSA in the US Market through developing and monetizing data products.

- Orchestrated the design and development of new data integrations from MBUSA to dealership/technology partners to provide critical manufacturer information for in-store systems and online retail capabilities. - Created a enterprise-wide plan to deliver new sources of automated information and explore key technology partnerships to create a best-in-class data ecosystem. Implementation of plan will lead to significant operational efficiencies for dealerships including technology cost reduction opportunities and ability to capture new revenue through data connectivity.- Worked directly with Executive Management to administer all activities supporting the Mercedes-Benz Dealer Board, including board meeting preparation and execution, developing strategic presentations, and board communication.

Leading initiatives to drive the CEX at Mercedes-Benz Dealerships to the next level:- Evaluate & implement new digital solutions to streamline in-dealer processes and provide best-in-class technology products- Pilot of new store consulting for sales retention & marketing/experience improvements - Develop new framework to introduce the first all-electric Mercedes SUV to the market- Drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in industry- Lateral leadership: working effectively across business units to align and achieve goals

As part of the President's PMO, I was responsible for co-leading the project management of the HQ relocation to Atlanta in 2015 along with oversight of the design and construction of the permanent HQ building. Responsibilities included monthly executive briefings on project status, ownership of various work packages related to building functionality and design, and change management throughout the transition from New Jersey into the final HQ building in Summer 2018.
