About Kristen Bean

After more than 18 years in the medical device industry in various engineering roles, I found that my passion is really leading and inspiring teams to develop products while advocating for the clinicians and patients. I started as a Clinical Engineer, translating user needs to the development teams for patient monitoring systems and managing clinical studies. Here I am today, leading and building a growing Applications Engineering organization in R&D that develops wireless sensor technology and patient monitoring solutions that will transform home and clinical care, and clinical research. We are a dynamic team of system engineers, risk management leaders, UI/Ux engineers, and industrial design engineers that share a common passion to excel in med tech innovation by putting our patients first. The icing on the cake is that we have fun doing it!
