With a passion for community, I moved from a professional start in traditional marketing to a career in social media development and management. My focus is positioning a brand’s blog as a key presence in the brand’s user community by creating niche relevant content in a variety of mediums and developing an email marketing strategy to develop and strengthen a direct relationship with the audience.For more than three years, I have nurtured multiple niche blogger networks that have grown to over 1,000 members. I created an online home for these bloggers to connect, learn and grow – both personally and professionally. As the network grows, I am facilitating marketing opportunities for brands looking to harness the personal endorsement power of the tight knit niche blogging community.
