I delivered on a wide range of software development lifecycle functions (with a particular emphasis on research, development & design) using the OutSystems platform to create elegant solutions that help our clients grow and succeed with technology. Advanced Education

As an evolution of my previous role, I focused on one important task: finding better ways of using technology to meet the ever-increasing need for good data! Specifically, that meant building or leveraging tools & processes to streamline operational work, which allowed us to spend less time collecting data, and more time providing meaningful insights.𝘒𝘦𝘺 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴: • Provided product ownership in a critical development project that promoted agile and design thinking in government development practices • Designed and built self-serve data reporting tools to increase data accessibility • Supported information management strategic planning initiatives to promote better data governance • Championed a ministry wide data catalog that improved data awareness & visibility • Provided stakeholder communication to lend support, foster relationships, and build trust • Conducted multi-day facilitation with industry stakeholders that strengthened our understanding of the post-secondary system's information needs I also chaired an internal communications working group. We spearheaded several initiatives that improved how information was shared, both top-down and laterally across the division.
