Hired as a full-time medical office secretary in 2018. Within 2 years I was able to train and move into multiple departments that include Clinical, Procedural, and assist with some administration work. • Clinical Team Lead: Responsible for training Medical Assistants, ensure patient's previous medical history are recorded accurately, maintaining schedules for mid-level providers and physicians, obtaining vitals, administering injections, answering patient's questions, sending medications, and scheduling procedures and follow-up visits, preforming urinalysis, and medical scribing for providers for 20-30 patients per day. • Procedural Team Member: Pre-oping 15-20 patients prior to spinal injections, reviewing medical history, starting and removing IV's, and post-oping local sedation patients. • Administration: Creating several excels to allow better tracking for inventory, as well as organizing several areas for inventory.
