Responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a full service construction company. Serve as financial officer providing budgets, payroll, and financial reports to management team. Work with department leaders to recruit, vet and onboard new employees for each division.

Responsible for cultivating, reconnecting and advancing relationships with College of Arts and Sciences alumni and friends. To facilitate these relationships, the Director of Special Events and Alumni Relations is responsible for planning, coordinating and execution of alumni focused events for the College. Additional responsibilities include: managing the College’s Board of Visitors, oversight of alumni and student award programs and acting as liaison with academic departments and central development for crowd-funding campaigns.

Administered the chamber’s leadership programs, including Leadership Norman and Tomorrow’s Leaders.Coordinated citywide marketing campaigns for Tax-Free Weekend and implemented the Shop Norman! campaign with members of the chamber’s Retail Trade Committee. Coordinated the “On My Own Time” Employee Art Show and the Fall Arts Luncheon.Administered the Arts Matching Grants Program and the John Dutch and Steve Cain Memorial Crime Stoppers Scholarship Programs.Coordinated the Partners in Education Program in conjunction with Norman Public Schools.Coordinated the Annual Public Safety Awards Banquet and Business and Social Services Staff Recognition Luncheon.Served as chamber liaison to outside organizations, including Campus Corner Merchants Association, Norman Arts Council Roundtable, Norman Board of Realtor's’ Affiliates Council, Norman Builders Association, and Norman Downtowners Association.
