Kristin Chow Email and Phone Number
I’m a driven freshman student at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a passion for finance, business analytics, and creating positive impacts in the community. My journey has been shaped by hands-on experiences, from volunteering at nursing homes to co-founding an initiative that supported hurricane relief to working collaboratively with others in my position at McAlister's Deli. As a Community Outreach Coordinator for my dance studio, I’ve organized performances for nursing homes since 2019, sharing the joy of art with others. Professionally, I’ve honed teamwork and leadership skills as a team member at Bibibop Asian Grill and volunteered at Clearvista Lake Health Campus, assisting residents with dining services and enrichment activities. These experiences have strengthened my passion for service and personal growth. They have fueled my commitment to making meaningful contributions, both in my work and my community, while growing my expertise. With a strong academic foundation from Hamilton Southeastern High School (ranked 8th in a class of 852) and scholarships such as the Provost Scholarship and Fishers Rotary Club Scholarship, I’m committed to excelling in my studies and making a meaningful impact. In my current path toward a career in finance, I’m focused on combining analytical skills with a people-centered approach to decision-making. I thrive on finding innovative solutions to complex problems, and I believe in the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Through work and my volunteer experiences through Civic Leadership Development and Honors Bloomington Outreach, I've developed a strong understanding of financial principles, creative problem-solving, and analytical techniques, and I’m committed to applying these skills in ways that support financial stability and success for both individuals and businesses. As an Alumni Relations committee member of Women & Company, I am passionate about fostering meaningful connections between current members and alumni of our organization. This role allows me to build bridges across generations of women, celebrating their achievements while creating opportunities for shared learning and collaboration. As I continue building my career and after I graduate early in 2027, I look forward to expanding my network, learning from other professionals, and contributing to a supportive, growth-focused environment. I’m eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore new opportunities where I can leverage my skills and passion to make a positive impact in the finance and business world.
