• Collect delinquent payments from customers via phone pay, Quick Collect and mail, while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate payment solutions on delinquent accounts when the customer cannot make an immediate payment.
• When contact is a challenge, perform skip tracing to locate clients and collateral by obtaining phone numbers and address for delinquent customers through authorized means
• Appropriate usage/assignment of vendors (skip trace vendor, repo vendor)
