- Pioneered comprehensive event sales & catering program systems from initial start, with a 20,000 sq. ft. flexible event space with event space for 1,200 people- Demonstrated success and tenacity in the full scope of event/catering sales & facility management. Including, but not limited to event & catering sales for business and personal events, full event coordination and planning (menu and staffing to decor), janitorial & building maintenance, off-site event & catering planning, human resources, product invoicing, budgeting, and strategic planning- Established new on-call event staff program and scheduling procedure to hire, train, and staff events within our own team.
