My motivation stems from a love for creating exceptional - memorable - customer experiences and empowering teams to reach their highest potential. This started from the fulfillment I got of creating joy with my baked goods, and only grew further with my early management experience at Crumbl Cookies. One of my greatest strengths is my strategic mindset, which allows me to see the bigger picture while effectively managing day-to-day operations, often finding ways to improve business with the small data driven changes. I believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, where everyone contributes to the success of the business, ensuring profitability and growth.
