* Complete Physical Inventory once a week and then Reconcile against Profit Master (Karmak)* Confirm that all inventory descriptions re accurate, and that all pricing is current and correct.* Take, edit and post current relevant photos of all trucks, trailers and RV's to all websites.*Provide slide show photos and like material for trade shows and special events.* Produce professional ads on Ebay and Craigslist upon request as well as other marketing places.*Keep log of all inventory that leaves the premises for third party repairs, shows or any reason.*Track all inbound inventory (Trucks, Trailers, and RV's) through any preparation needed to make certain that it gets listed online as soon as possible.*Provide up to date lists and organize third party vendors such as cleaners, detailers, etc for each unit as needed.* Be prepared for inventory audits at any given time. (Daimler)* Build and update reports in Salesforce for on order units, and inventory.* Understand and be able to input any information needed in Salesforce as far as orders, status, specs and rack space files.* Transfer units to other locations and do this internally through Salesforce.* Have the knowledge of each line we sell, all specs, floor plans and lines.*Understand all the systems used ... Saleforce, Karmak and Profit Master.*Understand and able to write service PO's.* Extreme knowledge of the industry, inside and out and a team player!
