Our members reflect the diversity and strength of New York City, so it is important to showcase that immediately with their online presence and to potential new members and donors. They are not stuffy and they have a sense of fun and humor about themselves. My creativity gets to really play in this position and I love creating new content.As the Director of Member Services, all member and staff communication goes through me. I schedule both the social content calendar and the email calendar as well as the club calendar with courts, events, lessons, and clinics. I bring a step by step approach to all email and social copy- making sure it is understandable and reflects the tone of the club. I also hire, on board, and mange the front desk team.On the day to day, I am in communication with the Executive Director, Sales Director, Squash Coaches, Program Director, Designer, and back-end programmers to make sure everything runs smoothly and we are all on the same page with the many projects happening at one time.
