As a 1L, I led a group of 4 law students who traveled to ABA ProBAR's Harlingen, TX office for one week of winter break to assist in their asylum program.As a 2L, I returned to the Asylum Law Project as the Marketing Chair. I produce flyers, social media posts, and presentation slide decks. I also created and continue to monitor the Project's Instagram and LinkedIn pages with the goal of informing students about this opportunity and connecting with potential donors.

Provided counseling andeducation to adult and child survivors of domestic violence. Organized community eventsand social media campaigns.

Managed overnight operations of the domestic violence shelter, including security, intake,and direct service with clients. Manned the crisis line for domestic violence and sexualassault, connecting survivors with resources and providing crisis counseling.
