Current• Provides support in our recruitment process such as posting positions, interviews candidates with managers and hiring candidates.• Handles new hires onboarding paperwork, assigns necessary HR training and creates job descriptions.• Helps maintain staff through various employee engagement activities.• Creates HR policies that align with federal/state, company values and goals.• Responsible for maintaining employee personnel records and medical information.• Provides guidance to managers and employees regarding employee relations.
