Founded and lead Knowledge Partners, where I specialize in supporting organizational effectiveness for USAID and other clients. With a focus on communications, knowledge management, and strategic development, I guide a team of independent professionals to deliver tailored solutions that drive performance and success.

Provided overall technical direction for the Learning & Development division. Oversaw USAID/PPL LEARN contract to provide USAID Missions and other operating units with support to operationalize USAID's Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) framework.

Designed methods, tools, and opportunities for overseas teams to learn from the experience of others and quickly access on demand resources when needed. Designed their knowledge-sharing and learning platform as a consultant, before being asked to join the office. Have since designed field-level strategies and recommendations.

Served as QED’s chief Knowledge Management Solutions Architect. Developed QED’s approach to conducting organizational learning and KM needs assessments, and the model to develop knowledge sharing and learning platforms, processes, and initiatives for clients, including USAID and OAS. Led strategic communications, stakeholder assessments, and incorporating change management and engagement strategies to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.Served as Chief of Party on the $28 million, Knowledge-Driven Microenterprise Development (KDMD) contract, designing and overseeing a portfolio of cutting-edge KM products for multiple USAID offices. Project activities included design and development of a multi-site, knowledge-sharing and learning web portal (Knowledge-Driven International Development (KDID.org) portal, Microlinks, Agrilinks, Social Transitions and Jamaica Education Reform Community of Practice), Learning Networks, and other online tools to engage and connect people. Designed the Continuous Learning model and supervised the development of multiple, blended-learning initiatives for USAID offices to support geographically dispersed USAID staff and partners.

Designed and managed external and internal communication strategies for new World Bank initiative on fragile states, including: stakeholder outreach, message development, media relations, website redesign, graphic design, branding, and event management.

Developed a methodology to strategically assess environmental threats to populations. Designed and led pilot assessment in Nepal and conducted desktop assessments of Africa, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Middle East.

US–Montenegro Partnership for Municipal Development: Directed $9.28 million, USAID-funded, program that achieved landmark results in decentralizing authority and resources to the local level in Montenegro.

Produced high-level advocacy briefs on political/economic/security developments in Serbia and Montenegro. Conducted political analysis, established information objectives and advised Director on product strategy. Tailored publications to communicate strategic policy goals. Supervised research staff; fostered a network of contacts to inform and broaden policy dialogue.
