This was imperative to help decrease the likelihood of professional liability claims.Helped increase our income stream by supporting the establishment of a fourth captive subsidiary. This included establishing new budgets related to income and expenses, opening bank accounts, and working with legal on establishing the entity.Worked with Human Resources to reorganize our finance, billing, and conflicts departments, including full compensation analysis and establishing personnel job descriptions. • This invaluable training in the HR processes helped me to do a full analysis of my department, identify areas of realignment in duties, and support continued growth.
