I am a shareholder in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring, & Creditors’ Rights practice group at Drummond Woodsum. I have extensive experience representing clients in bankruptcy cases, debtor/creditor litigation, and transactions involving distressed companies.I represent financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, creditor committees, debtors, and other parties-in-interest in all stages of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. I advise clients on complex bankruptcy issues including DIP lending, cash collateral issues, asset sales, plans, nondischargeable claims, claim objections, and preference and fraudulent transfer litigation. I also regularly represent parties in general commercial litigation and out-of-court restructurings.In addition to my client work, I am an active member of the restructuring community. I am the co-chair of the IWIRC - New England Network Board of Directors and an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. I also frequently speak at conferences around the country on complex bankruptcy issues, including recent developments regarding Subchapter V.
