My work and interests have taken me around the world. I began teaching in Japan followed by Thailand and the United States. I transitioned from teaching students to teaching teachers with professional development centered around technology integration in the classroom. My workshops included a blended approach with online modules and in-person trainings as well as a train-the-trainer model. Following my work with schools and districts, I moved to larger organizations including Discovery Communications and Google where I continued to focus on the learner using technology to present lessons in fun and interesting ways. At Apple, I moved from eLearning to mLearning and provided learners with an opportunity to learn on the go. I am continuing to create and build innovative learner centered, performance based instructor led training (ILT), virtual ILT, and self paced online modules that challenge and help learners perform and be successful.
