About Kristi Spence, Ms, Rdn

Hi, I am Kristi.I am a mom, learner, scientist, writer, runner and philosopher… I rejuvenate when I am outside and find wisdom in the wilderness. Like everyone, I have lots of things that shape my identity. Ultimately, though, I'm another human, just like you, navigating this wild world. And it’s been a windy path.My career has been diverse: sports dietitian, communications professional, marketing leader and university instructor. I've had opportunities to shape company culture, provide nutrition consulting for elite-level athletes, and led teams on a national level. I have competed in the Olympic Trials, flown airplanes and trekked in the Himalaya. In 2017, my husband and I co-founded Athletics United, a nonprofit dedicated to serving new American families and building community through sport.I am currently headed in a new direction with my career and excited to see where it leads. I'm endlessly curious and love making connections between people and ideas and thrive on sharing those insights. I believe that building relationships fosters deep connection and inspires us all to lead our best lives. Let's continue this journey of discovery together.
