Current- Review labels for human food, animal feed, and alcoholic beverage products to help ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other federal regulations- Analyze terms and provisions of contractual agreements, such as purchase agreements, white label contracts, terms and conditions, master service agreements, amendments, statements of work, and concierge agreements- Assist with buyer-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and representations and warranties insurance (RWI)- Work with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to procure release of imported shipments- Work with clients in preparation to implement procedures to comply with FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (e.g., traceability, food safety plans, hazard analysis and risk-based preventive controls, etc.) and Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (e.g., cosmetic facility registration, cosmetic product listings, etc.), as well as state environmental laws, such as California Proposition 65 and others- Assist clients to help ensure compliance with federal regulations, such as the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA) , Food Allergy Safety Treatment Education & Research (FASTER) Act, Federal Alcohol Administration (FAA) Act, etc.
