As Director of Construction Procurement I work with interior design to maintain unit specifications and standards for new development projects. I collaborate with the development team to insure new developments have the latest standards within the architectural drawing set. This is comprised of lighting and plumbing schedules & drawings, kitchen and bathroom elevations & RCP’s. I also manage the procurement of appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinets, doors and various other categories . I am responsible for the vendor selection process, price negotiations, bid analysis, budget creation, contracts, submittals, invoicing, freight management/logistics and installation.
