Managing labor cost, Closing end of month billing, sending weekly/daily reports to RVP, staff meetings/inservices, Planning rugs, managing schedules and payroll, retrieving signed physician orders, payor verifications, pps meetings, part b rounds, filing physician signatures/schedules/documentation/payor verifications/screens/discharges/UB04, tracking therapy orders, physician signatures, documentation logs, customer surveys, communicating with Department heads, angel rounds, ordering equipment and supplies, monthly marketing rounds, retrieving patients for the therapist.
