Handle estimating and bidding of projects. Also responsible for project managing projects by coordinating between the Superintendent in the field and the General Contractor. Responsible for cultivating relationships with clients and working together on coordinating projects.

Responsible for running payroll on a weekly basis utilizing Quickbooks and Microsoft excel and paying all liabilities. In charge of the AP Department, entering invoices into Quickbooks after having them approved by the department heads, and then paying them through Quickbooks. In charge of the Human Resources department, notifying employees when they were eligible for benefits and enrolling them into the company health insurance plans, 401k, life insurance etc. Managed all benefit plans for the company. Performed all payroll quarterlies, as well as the quarterly fuel tax for the company. Also ordered all office supplies for the company. Was responsible for getting trucking permits to move equipment to various job sites.
