Work with fabricators and fitters to ensure all projects are within engineering specification. Through continuous education, train all employees both current and new on blueprint reading, weld symbols, measuring techniques. Use CAD and CAM software to design new parts and program for lasers to cut.

Run, maintain, setup, and program 3D 5-Axis laser for cutting and welding. Program machine by hand using G-Code, M-Code. Using a separate teach box to step through the program and adjust tool height and programmed paths. Visually inspect and clean parts if needed before QC checks.
