Products I created and managed include: PlusTrac AED Management Software, National AED Registry, AEDLink, CheckAED, InspectAED Mobile app and RescuerLink Mobile app - Plan and prioritize new product features, stories, and iterations to ensure effective development of multiple products- Develop and implement project roadmaps using project/task management software and tools (PivotalTracker)- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and grooming of user stories- Lead product release plans and set expectation for the delivery of new functionality- Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle- Answer questions and assist in resolving business issues impacting the development teams- Manage workflow and resources to meet project requirements and deadlines, participate in cross-team planning and collaboration- Understand internal business processes and quality standards; be willing to contribute to process refinement and workflow optimization- Assist with quality assurance testing and validation- Align with client’s best practices for development
