My work has focused on providing strategic guidance to my clients, most often through research about brand and messaging development, positioning, customer/market segmentation, concept testing, and strategic tracking. That breadth of work has made me well-versed in both quantitative (survey programming, questionnaire development, psychographic segmentation & persona development, statistical analysis and interpretation) and qualitative (moderator for in-person and online focus groups, 1-on-1 interviewing, diary/journal research, ethnography, field intercepts) research techniques.
