I received my Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2014, and currently work as Site Manager and Lead Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic serving the greater St. Louis area. Some of my key duties as manager are to build upon existing relationships with the patients and physicians in whom I serve, as well as cultivate new ones through marketing initiatives and business development techniques. As a physical therapist, I do not only treat the ailing body, but inspire hope into individuals by improving their overall quality of life. I have been fortunate enough to work with a vast array of patients including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, cancer, and pediatric backgrounds in order to create POC’s fit for that specific individual in both inpatient and outpatient settings.Not only do I have a clinical background, but also a business development history. Prior to attending physical therapy school, I was an Enrollment Manager and Business Development Liaison at National- Louis University where my key responsibilities were to improve enrollment, and to cultivate business contacts. Through this experience, I was able to educate the public and private sectors regarding the programs NLU offered, and was able to partner with several healthcare facilities in order to bring educational opportunities to their employees.
