As a recovery specalist it is my job to ensure that a combat effective soldier knows and understands the steps to preform in a hostile enviornment how to get himself/herself and his/her squad out of the line of fire in the event of a vehicle breakdown. I was responsible for preventative maintenance on approximately 14 Bradley's, 2, 5 ton trucks and trailers, 2 hummers, 3 armored personal carriers (M113) and 1 medium duty track recovery vehicle. I was also the tool room custodian, responsible for over $1.5M in special tools and equipment
