Successfully lead a sub project – creating a hard-wearing boiler diagnostic device for field engineers to use when visiting customers.Integrated ISO 9001 document control processes into the department.Developed multiple process maps to aid current and future team members with certain tasks.Review top level and sub level drawings provided by vendors and feedback to them with any changes required.Working across departments to create in house solutions for defective stock.Responsible for taking meeting minutes as well as contributing to the meetings.Supporting the IoT Project Manager including organising off-site meetings and team building exercises.Providing technical support to the IoT team including test rig building as well as designing and executing QA test plans.

Key holder, independently opening, managing and closing the site, making sure the site is safe and secure.Taking initiative to solve any problems that arise as well as talking to client to resolve any current issues.Giving tours of the site to perspective customers selling them the different deals available.

Responsible for helping train up new staff members and supervising front of house.Providing great service to our customers along with handling any complaints or problems.Experienced in handling cash and card transactions in a fast-paced environment.Following health and safety guidelines when preparing food.
