My 14 + yrs. of experience in the computer industry have allowed me to develop effective leadership, time management and technical skills for the customer support industry. My background ranges from technical customer service, to computer hardware repair and to configuring servers, routers and switches. I am multi-task oriented and I have the ability to work in a high stress level environment, while maintaining an objective opinion. I have a passion for the technology field that’s unparalleled to anything in my life. I am interested in the engineering industry because it helps me to display my proven leadership qualities and technical background, while exploring new challenges and innovative, effective solutions.
