I’m a product and business development professional with experience in multiple industries including consumer electronics, chemicals, life sciences, and manufacturing. I’ve spent a majority of my career directly working with customers with roles in sales, global account management, and product development. My engineering and manufacturing experience has equipped me with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex topics at all levels of an organization from the shop floor through the C-suite. By leveraging this combination I've successfully lead global sales and program teams with a high level of technical curiosity with a desire to build lasting relationships both externally with the customer and internally with the technical community.I've worked in a remote capacity for over 17 years both in sales and program management. This experience was vital to my success since 2020 while managing a global team based largely in China and Taiwan as we navigated the new travel rules. Trust and individual empowerment formed the foundation for my team. This approach allowed us to deliver on the goals of developing a new product, manufacturing process and location, and customers and markets.I’ve been recognized by my leaders not just for my sales performance by also for my questioning and engagement behaviors as a leader and sales partner.
