Reviewed safety procedures with river rafting clients prior to trips.

Responsible for daily liquor inventories. Handled cash management, opening and closing procedures. Oversaw and prepared bar orders for two 25 seat bars and a 60 seat restaurant. Oversaw a staff of 5. Scheduling, ordering, receiving and inventory control. Vendor management of 5 vendors. Bartended for events and weddings of up to 250 people.

Responsible for on river video taping via kayak in areas with up to Class V Whitewater. Produced, developed and edited videos for production and distribution using analog video and audio mixing. Created and designed personalized covers for customer’s CDs. Responsible for pitching sales to customers for purchase of CDs of their river trip.
