In the first post from July until September of 2016 my main duties consisted of helping the leader always in ensuring the safety of all young people other duties included giving out medication and keeping budgeted accounts in order. From September ’16 until now I have been working with Medway youth trust as a data tracker my main duties consist of helping to reduce NEET figures in young people living within Medway local authority I have to find out the destination of all young people between 16-18 years old within Medway working with case loading data base software.

Whilst in the post as a waiter I had encountered mystery shoppers and have successfully gained 100% awards from the encounters, also having to up-sell products, and tidying and cleaning up after people who had been using the restaurant. As a chef the current position I am in I had to do Greene Kings level 2 food health and safety qualification also have to follow a specific order in which to serve food and to a specification to brand standard in both roles I have had to deal with customer complaints which have involved finding the most cost effective solution to minimize official complaints to Greene King headquarters. Working with a fob key till system with an electronic touch screen till. Working behind the bar has meant I have a new-found love for working with customers as you are able to talk to them during non-busy periods and make them feel like they belong there.
