At The Joel Bieber Firm, my core responsibility is to manage a diverse range of legal administrative functions, such as the preparation/review of plaintiff profile forms, short-form complaints, and client questionnaires. It is worth mentioning that I assist the attorney with legal research, drafting correspondences, and maintaining calendars. In this phase of my career arch, I was serving as DCJS Certified General Instructor and DCJS Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor.Key responsibilities included;Investigating cases for Title fraud and filing corresponding reports; Training new Special Agents in Monadnock Baton usage; Leading new Police Recruits at Crater Criminal Justice Training Academy in Defensive Tactics.Key deliverables; Investigated and successfully convicted a member of the Domestic Terrorist group Sovereign Citizens of the first non-traffic related felony in the Richmond, Virginia area. Founded Domestic Terrorist Group, 'Sovereign Citizens,' and became a pioneer member of Sovereign Citizen Working Group. Successfully conducted the only marijuana arrest in several years and charged five felonies. Delivered key contributions to the development of legislation enacted by the General Assembly in 2013 to safeguard law enforcement and public officials against Sovereign Fraudulent Liens.

During this tenure of my professional career, I was engaged in investigating criminal cases and facilitating law enforcement.I handled law enforcement tasks in conjunction with the criminal justice system, to efficiently enforce good order and discipline, and assist law enforcement/security requirements. It is worth mentioning that I met and exceeded customer expectations and encouraged make days better culture in consistent manner by recruiting, hiring, training, and developing successful team.I chaired all facets of department Suicide Bomber training while serving as a field training officer.

As Executive Team Leader, I designed and implemented data analysis, audits, training programs, and investigations to deliver prompt and reliable protection-related solutions.One of my key tasks was to evaluate fraud prevention measures and execute investigations.
